Dear Friends,
This time I’d like to share something I recently read somewhere. It’s something that really made me think:
"First I was dying to finish my high school and start college and then I was dying to finish college and start working. Then I was dying to marry and have children. And then I was dying for my children to grow old enough so that I could go back to work. But then I was dying to retire. And now I’m dying. And suddenly I realized I forgot to live."
This little bit of article made me think am I just living life or am I loving life? There is so much that life usually offers us far more than our biases and preferences will allow us to have. There is so much grace, mystery, and adventure in life, all we need to do is to let go off our beliefs and ideas about living a perfect life which is, off course, mostly materialistic nowadays.
We all have an inner child and it is up to us to keep it alive, we all have the quality of being joyous for no reason but unfortunately we have surrendered to such a morose life that we need a reason to even smile!
All we need to do is make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take from it everything that we possibly can, for we may never be able to experience it again. We need to be in charge of our life only, let others be who they are. Include God in our life and thank him for all he has given us, our family and friends.
Make a difference to just one person, each and every day of your life, whether it is by a smile, a gentle touch, a kind word or a helping hand because people are much more important than things.
And last but not the least remember life is so short that you must enjoy each and every moment.
